Thomas E. Shingler (1953) passed away suddenly at his home on April 18, 2011. Thomas was predeceased by his parents Harold and Anna Shingler, his sister Patricia Snyder, and fellow weather watcher, his father-in-law Ian Klein. Thomas leaves behind his wife Andrea Shingler who spent the last 25 years of his life loving him (more). Thomas was a loving and devoted father to Candida (Ramone) Velasquez, Thomas Shingler Jr., Thomas M. Shingler, Mathew Cochran, Amanda Shingler, and Derek (Kaitlin) Shingler. Thomas had 11 grandchildren and one great grandson. Thomas shared his life with his many siblings Butch, Ronnie, Shirley, Pam, Rick, Mary, Dee and Dunk. Thomas also leaves behind his mother-in-law with whom he shared a close relationship with. Thomas found a new lease on life while raising his granddaughter Christiana for the past two years she has been the sparkle in his eye. Thomas will be remembered most for living life on the edge.
