I wish to express my sincere sympathy to the family of Betty Sponaugle on the loss of such a wonderful person. Betty hired me for my first full time job at the age of 18-years-old in the operating room at Cortland Regional Medical Center. She was a phenomenal person and an awesome boss and the day she retired from there they have never been nor ever will be able to fill her shoes. Susan Merihew Marshall
