Dear Penny, Ray and Floyd. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families at this difficult time. We enjoyed meeting her a long time ago. Losing your mother is one of the most difficult things we go through in life and there really are no words of comfort that we can say. Be happy that you were with her at the end. Pris & Gail
Penny and family, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. She was a strong woman and will live in your memories forever. My prayers are with you and your family. Nancy
I'm so sorry for the loss of your Mom. While a student at SUNY Cortland, she was not only my boss at Neubig Hall but also became a close friend and "mother figure" to me my entire time at college. She even offered to let me keep my brand new motorcycle in her driveway, wash my car at her house, etc.... whatever I needed while I was in school. SHE HAD A HEART OF GOLD! She used to get a big kick out of my Hannah impersonations using her deep voice with strong German accent. Some of her best comments that I used to impersonate her were......."No really, like I said" and "Oh S&*%", "Do what", etc... She always made me laugh and I enjoyed making her laugh as well. She was great company and so enjoyable to spend time with or even just talk to in person or over the phone. It was an honor and privilege to know her since 1985. I'm so glad I was able to introduce my wife to her 2 summers ago so she could see for herself what a wonderful person she really was and how she was able to touch my life. My only regret was that my little 10 month old son Kellen was never able to meet her and also, I feel horrible I never got to say goodbye to someone who meant so much to me all these years. RIP Hannah and WE LOVE YOU ALWAYS!!!!John, Marielle and Kellen Hillenbrand
