Cindy, Jerry and Andrea, Your mom was one brave lady after the stroke. She was so lucky to have you and all your family so near by. Cindy you are one very special lady and one of the best friends any one could ask for. I know from experience you have held me up many times, made me laugh when I would have cried. You are the kindest most gentle friend I have and I am sure we owe this all to Dorothy and Jack Furman for the wonderful job they did raising you and Nancy and David. I want you to know I think Dorothy knows you kids were all there for her and that you are all great and she was so lucky to have you there with her. God Bless You all and Cindy please if there is ever anything I can do for you please just ask and know I am here for you and the family always and forever. I miss you Cindy lets get together soon for a day please??? Love, Steph
To Dorothy's family, especially Cyndy and Jerry, I'm pretty sure Dorothy would want us to be our regular selves and not make a big deal...but it is a big deal and I hope you know I share your sense of loss, as do all who were priviledged to know her. She was always very good to me, I always enjoyed talking with her and our chance meetings after she retired from the high school. Best wishes for you and yours, and may God Bless us all.
