Dear Janice and family, We were saddened to read about Bill's passing. You are all in our hearts and prayers. If you ever would like me to stop in for a visit, please call me at 607-842-6562. We can visit about the friendship between my Grandma Francelia Burke/Bosworth and your Mom. They were quite a pair! God Bless, Kathy

Condolences from Laura Yeomans Gribbin. I have great memories of my many visits to Warren Street - playing pool and Monkey's records in the basement with Anne, and late night visits with Janice and Bill at the kitchen table.
Bill once came to rescue me when my Mustang's metal brake line rusted out and failed as I hit the curb in front of Homer Men and Boys store. He drove my car with only a lever emergency brake back to Warren Street for my father to retrieve. My prayers are with you Janice and the Dillon friends and family.

No words can express our deepest sympathy for you and your family. We have lost a wonderful and caring person but his memory will live on. He was always giving our grandaughters candy in church and they will remember him also.

I worked with Bill at SUNY Cortland for several years. Not only was he my supervisor but a true friend with a great sense of humor. He was truely one of a kind and I will remember him always with that twinkle in his eye and devilish smile. He will be missed!

Bill was my favorite barber as a kid back in the fifties as he always had a smile on his face. We remember as kids climbing those stairs at "Dillon's" on Main Street in Homer for our haircuts. Bill was a great guy and I am sure, he will be missed by those who knew and loved him. Rest in Peace my friend.
