As a former employee of Upstate, it was my pleasure to be able to see Stephen and get to know him. He was dealing with serious issues but tried to remain upbeat. He was a good man: Did what he needed to do for his care, was active in his treatment, and always asked questions, even the unpopular ones which always have to be asked! I was very sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed.

Stephen will be dearly missed. I had many great times with Stephen when he live I Groton for a time. He never failed to make me laugh and he talent for making deserts were fantastic to say the least. We will all miss you Stephen Peacock very much. Rest in peace my friend. Sincerely' Mark Lillie

I am very sorry for your loss. Stephen was a wonderful person. I will always remember his carefree attitude as he was walking the halls at school...making many people smile.
