Sandra L. Russell, 66, of McGraw passed away February 13, 2017 at the Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre PA. She was born September 2, 1950 in Cortland the daughter of the late Malcolm and Emily Williams Leonard. Sandra was a beloved daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She was a respected RN for over fourty years. She is survived by her husband David K. Russell, her children David F. (Cassandra) Russell, Daniel E. (Kellea) Russell, Dennis M. (Kimberly) Russell, her six grandchildren, her step father Charles Peak, her brothers Ronald Leonard and Kenneth Peak. She was predeceased by her parents and sister Geraldine Morgan.
