Kay and Shelly were life long friends. I am going to miss Kay. She kept me up to date on everything local from the Glen Haven to Syracuse sports. I will be there in spirit Monday with many fond memories.

Matt, Mike and families - My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. Your mom was a special lady. I worked with your dad for many years, and always admired your mom for the way she handled him! They were a very loving couple, and are together again.

Life is what you make of it. Your Mother definitely made the most of it. Along with Aunt Verna Tinker, Kay was one of my favorite babysitters. Of course it helped that both houses were on Grout Brook <3 Back then your family represented love and strong values, and still does to this day. Your Mother held her own and kept going through life after your Father died (much like my Mom did after Dad died in 2001). My condolences to your families and relatives.

Matt, Mike, Jenna, Mattie & Mitch,
Our heartfelt condolences on Aunt Kay's passing. We have many fond memories of her, especially vacations we spent together in Ocean City. She was a wonderful woman, and you always knew where you stood with her because she wasn't afraid to say it like it was! We won't be able to make the service in New York, but our hearts will be with you.
