My condolences to the family, I enjoyed working with Bernard for many years with his advertising in the Cortland Standard for the men's wear store. He was a true original, I never met anyone quite like him. May he rest in peace.

Dear Steven and Heather ..
Because they float in the Heavens so far away from us now, their beautiful light will continue to shine on us forever, and the glow..will be so bright, it will warm your heart, it will make your eyes glisten and you will think to yourself,..Bernie Wineburg...what a concept...
So sorry for your loss....I now always make my chicken salad Bernie's way.

To have known Bernie as a friend is a memorable experience. No matter how much time passed between seeing him, it was easy to pick up from where we left off. Both in Cortland and in Florida, we had the best of times. He was always eager to share his life and his good fortune. I'm happy to say we knew and enjoyed him all along the way...even having had plans to join him and Ryna on Cape Cod next month. We are very happy he lived his life to the fullest. And we are deeply saddened by his passing. We extend our deepest condolences to Steven and his family, and to Ryna.
