To Julie, Sheila, Suzanne, Barbara, and all extended family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I know that Janis was ill for a long time. Janis was a prominent figure in my earliest memories of Freetown, as a part of my mother's (Dora Cross) extensive circle of friends. She was always well known for her sewing talent and community service. She will be missed.
