Miriam, it's Joey Nancys son, I don't have words on why good people have to be taken from us, it's been years of heartbreaking news, from guy, to Glen , then my mother, and now Bob , I'll always be grateful that you were there to watch over me when I was little when my mom had to work 3 jobs just to feed me and make sure I was ok, she loved you and Bob, as I have and always will, Bob will never be forgotten if not for good men like him, my life would be in pieces, thank you for everything and my deepest condolences to you.

One of the most wonderful men I have ever known...even tho' I left Cortland many years ago, I always made sure to keep in touch with him and his family. After not being able to make it to Cortland almost in 14 years, I made sure that I got a chance to visit with Bob back in June. His sweet, beautiful smile just lit up everything around him when he saw my daughter, grandson and me . We visited for a while and I left there with more memories (and a few pictures) of our time together. Miriam,Sharon, Bobby, David and Debbie my thoughts and prayers are with all of you and I know that Bob will always be with you.

I spent 3 years with my mom on Cedar Run and I will carry with me very fond memories of Bob, a truly caring individual who showed me compassion as I watched my mother decline and who was her advocate when I was at work and he saw her sad or alone. He worried about my well-being too: "Hey, Buddy, how ya doing?" I can hear it. God bless you, Bob; you are now with the individual you faithfully served for so many decades! Dean

I am saddened to read of Bob's passing. He was always supportive of my work at CAOG in the late '90s. He was a faithful worker with the Manna Food Pantry when I oversaw that ministry. So sorry for your loss but so excited for him that he is now with Jesus. All the years he spent telling others of God’s love and promise for us to spend eternity with Him. Bob has won his prize.
