This is Elaine Bargfrede Flaxer. I used to live with the Tinelli family out by the Skyline Diner in 1966 or 67. Tony was just a kid. A sweet kid, as I recall. Before that year I had a job at Mrs. Tinelli's Diner in downtown Cortland. She predicted my marriage to Joel Flaxer, who also worked at her Diner. I don't have a photo to post, but our phone number is 304-884-8163.

"In one of the stars I shall be living. In one of them I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars will be laughing when you look at the sky at night ... You, only you, will have stars that can laugh. And when your sorrow is comforted (time soothes all sorrows) you will be content that you have known me"

Bob, was the beloved youngest child of Marie Theresa Mazza -Tinelli and Frank Tinelli. He was adored by his four older siblings Nance, Fran, Tony & Peter.
Over his adult years he evolved into a gentle giant with a passion for motorcycles. Loved by all whose paths he crossed & harboring no ill will toward anyone - He was dubbed "Mr. Switzerland" by his sister Fran. Sadly, Bob is gone far too soon in the first years of his senior life. Altho that chapter of his life will go unwritten, family and friends lucky to have known Bob's life story will have a treasured memory of this talented man. Rest Now in Peace My Dear Brother ❤️❤️ Nance Lee McKendrick

It is hard to believe such a gentle soul has passed.
I have so many fond memories of Bob. He was one of my closest friends in High School and such an important part of my teenage years. He taught me how to drive a car, and always watched out for all of us crazy girls.
Even though I have not seen him for many years, when we did run into each other he always greeted me with his goofy smile.
He will be greatly missed by so many.

Saddened y the news of Bob’s passing. Although I hadn’t seen him in many years, I remember him as a fun loving student and great neighbor. My children remember him letting them look over his motorcycle and they remember those two big dogs scaring them as they would come to the fence. May the sharing of great memories of this all around nice guy help you get through this trying time. May God bring you peace and comfort in the days ahead.8raq8
