We had the pleasure of being neighbors with Lloyd and Marion way back in the 80s when we were young and starting our family. What a wonderful family to have nearby to be of help and to give us advice. We were often invited down the road for pie and coffee, by Lloyd, and I wonder if Marion was ever really informed that we were invited! Wonderful friends and neighbors. We wish you all well and are very sorry for your loss.
Kind regards,
Rick and Pat Race

I remember Lloyd from our work with FGBM many years ago. A man of God and example to me and many other young men just starting our walk as Christians.

I was the pastor out in East Homer and Truxton back in the 70's, a young guy fresh out of school - and even though my approach to some things was different from his own, Lloyd was always friendly and supportive and helpful. I still remember him with fondness and appreciation. He was indeed gentle and loving.
My greetings and condolences to all the family - Randy Ross

Thank you for your kind words and thoughts about Dad. He felt you a fine minister and a friend. Our whole family remembers you as a friend in Christ especially my husband, Ned, and I. You officiated at our wedding even from a wheelchair!
It was good to hear from you and thank you for your words of comfort. Lois Holdrege James
