My deepest condolences to the Condron family. I lived across the street from Jim on Morningside Drive and Susan was my constant playmate. Jim was always such a good person and was so very kind to us when we invaded the house with our toys and noise. Thinking of you fondly during this difficult time.

Carrie, Kohn and Susan -
What a beautiful obituary and tribute to a beautiful, gentle man. A tough German man too!I saw the obituary in the Syracuse paper and was immediately saddened. My godfather!
I saw your dad about 15 years ago and had the opportunity to meet Donna. My husband was playing in a tournament at Cortland Country Club and I was to attend the banquet. I called your dad and they met me for a drink before the festivities started. It was a lovely visit and a memory I will cherish.
So many fond memories ... holidays, hide and seek, Grammy, your mom making rugs (I was always intrigued), the Siamese cats, and of course the times at Owasco Lake. Barbecues, swimming until our teeth chattered, smores, picking berries, etc.
I am thinking of you today and at this time.
Love,
Eileen (McMahon) Lutz

Sorry for your loss. Charlotte and I always enjoyed Jim's and your company; however all of us should be so lucky as to live as long as Jim.
