Charles Honour, 87, of Solon passed away February 24, 2021 at Bridgewater Center in Binghamton NY. He was born December 23, 1933. He is predeceased by his parents Charles and Mildred Honour, and his grandparents Edgar and Elizabeth Pendell who raised him.
Charles was a lifelong resident of the area. He owned and operated his own wrecking and repair service company for automobiles for over 60 years. Charles served as the Solon Town justice, Solon Town Board, and the McGraw School Board.
He is survived by his sons Douglas Honour, David & Margaret Honour, and Dennis Honour, his grandson Jonathan Honour, his brothers H. Thomas Honour and Donald Muckey, along with nieces and nephews.
Charles is also predeceased by his wife Marilyn Honour and son Dwayne Honour.
There are no services at this time. He will be buried in the Glenwood Cemetery in the spring. The Wright-Beard Funeral Home is serving the family, online condolences may be left at www.wright-beard.com
