Went thru our family photos for a good picture of Mary and came up with these (see below:)
A family photo taken in 1972 of (left to right) my cousins with their mom Eunice: Joey, Patti, Eunice (My dad, Danald A. Chapman's youngest sister was my Aunt Eunice) and Mary Ellen.
The other photo was printed in December 1988 and my dad labeled it his sister Eunice, her daughter Mary Flaville (aka Mary Horvath) and her daughter Christine Flaville (aka Carmen Vail) ...THREE GENERATIONS
Some of my fondest memories of Mary and her family were during the 1960's at our family gatherings on Sunday afternoons. We'd play horseshoe and enjoy listening to the guitar.
As a former Army Officer, I am extremely proud of her military service to her country in the US Army.
We will always remember her warm smile. She will be missed.

I loved my sister very much. I remember we walked miles together to get swimming lessons. Mary was a better swimmer then I was. I will miss her greatly.
When she visited us we always took her to the ocean at Assateague Island. Then we went to the Ocean City Boardwalk and found a place to eat dinner with
my husband ,Alejandro,
I will always remember the good times we had with her.

I remember Mary when she was just a tyke, skinny as a rail. She taught me one of my earlier dance moves, which she could do as if she were one of the dancers on Soul Train. She was that good.
I also remember her peaceful aura and her kindness and sweet disposition. I missed her when her car started to age and she didn't feel quite comfortable driving from New York to Maryland.
She is an old soul who went to be with her brothers and sisters in the Spirit world.
Take flight, Mary.
