This photo was taken at the Rehearsal luncheon for Christopher and Tierney in May 2018. Grandma Faye was proud of all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She looks so happy in this photo, and the colors of the jacket complement her hair.

Q: What did Faye like to do in their free time?
A: Faye was so talented in many ways. She surprised Tierney and Christopher with a special quilt at the Bridal Shower. The quilt was made from several of the t-shirts they both collected when Tierney and Christopher were students at UDEL.

Like my sister Martha, my earliest memories of Faye and Tommy are as cousins, neighbors, and babysitters when we all lived at 99 North Main Street in Cortland (1948-1952). There was a lapse after 1952, as we moved to Oswego. When we returned to Cortland in 1956, Faye had already left home, but we kept up with her activities through her parents, my Dad’s Uncle Tom and Aunt Fran. The adults played Pinoccle on a Saturday night and we played with Fran’s wondrous doll collection. Also had many trips to the dairy where Fran would make us the best milkshakes!
I reacquainted with Faye at two different Goodale reunions and then became Facebook friends on the occasion of her 80th birthday. Since then, I have followed her travels and family gatherings through FB and occasional messaging. There are very few people left that I have known from birth. Faye was one of them. I feel her loss as a part of my own history.
My deepest condolences to all of the extended Ferguson Family and, of course, to Tommy.

My deepest sympathy to Cousin Tommy and all of Faye's children, grandchildren, and extended family. Tom and Fran had the end unit when we lived at 99 North Main Street in Cortland in the late 40's and Faye was our frequent babysitter. We saw each other rarely over the next 60 years, but when she took a trip with her seniors' group to Camden, Maine, she called me at my home near Belfast and we met for a very enjoyable afternoon. I will always remember her easy manner and ready laughter. May she rest in Peace.

To Faye's beautiful family: I met your Mom thru Bill Costa and his friend Linda as we were both widows we had something in common and we did enjoy one another's company did a couple senior trips together. I had called her a few times after her move to Mary's, she was so happy to be with her family. and we kept in touch through face book also. She will be surely missed by so many, but you all have some great memories to share with one another at family gatherings, which I hope you all still do as that is what she would want of you all. My sincere condolences to you all. She is now with the love of her life.

am so very sorry for your loss. I am so grateful to have become a friend to Faye in her last years in New York. She brought CMH Service cookies every year at Christmas, such a wonderful baker. I have such fond memories of conversations we shared. You were a wonderful person and a beautiful friend. Until er meet again.
