Mrs. B., as I will always think of her, opened up her home and her life to me when I was a high school friend of Matt's, and showed me what a consistently kind and loving person she was on many occasions. I will always look at her as a beacon in those years of my life, and I will miss her (along with Gary and my good friend Matt) very much. I'm reminded of the biblical commands of Romans 12--"Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil, cling to what is good....Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality." This reminds me of Mrs. B., whom I have been blessed to call a friend.
Sincerely, Michael Stevens

Q: What will you never forget about Yvonne?
A: You have favorite family members from as early as you can remember. Aunt Bonnie was one of my 3 favorite, and the last to go to Heaven. From as early as I can remember she was a part of my life. So many memories of growing up, she was the “girly” aunt, bikinis and sunbathing in the summer, beautiful to the core. She was always smiling and always greeted me “hello honey, how are you?”, one-of-a-kind greeting. Never failed to tell me how much she loved me, one of my biggest cheerleaders and supporters my whole life. Every time I came home to visit I had to visit her, most of the time meeting her for coffee with my mom. I’m heartbroken, I will miss her until I hopefully see her again. I love you Aunt Bonnie, thank you so much for all of your love & light . Love always & forever, your niece, Tracy P.S. ~ hug my dad tight for me
